Company History
BROWNICK COMPANY HISTORY
BROWNICK opened its door as a family business by two friends Robert Brown and
Frank Knickerbocker and so the name BROWNICK.
BROWNICK was incorporated as a New York State Corporation on June 16, 1971
as a Commercial Contractor for the purpose of selling, installing and repairing air
conditioning & heating apparatus as well as in the sheet metal business
fabricating and installing which included finishing metal products of every kind.
A Corporate split occurred in 1987 and later Brownick switched to being an
Industrial Contractor then a Fabrication Shop and now functions as a
Manufacturing Shop with Cliff Knickerbocker as owner.
